License, ID , Social, ORI Number, CRD Number, Personal Information and a Reason For Fingerprinting

Do you do ink or live scans?
Only our Temple Hill office can provide ink fingerprinting services at this time.

What If I don't know what I need?
We will NOT provide a REFUND if you choose the incorrect service(s) Please Contact us 833-880-4044

What happens if I cannot make my appointment?
You will have 24 hours to reschedule. No refunds will be issued for failures to appear. No refunds for choosing incorrect services. Appointments are considered missed after 15 minutes past booking time.
